These simple, multi-functional, reusable fabric bags can be made in any size to carry and store most anything: groceries, knitting projects, lunch, toiletries, travel items, or used to wrap a special gift. Sew closed with a handle, or leave open to tie at the top.

Impact: Scraps of fabric, often too small or oddly shaped to use for other sewing projects, are diverted from the waste stream.

Participant Materials & Requirements: Please bring thread, scissors, straight pins, and 3 fat quarters in complementary colors or patterns. Quilter’s cotton is easy to work with; denim or a home dec fabric is extra sturdy. Optional: bring a seam gauge & seam ripper if you have them.
