Wool roving and sheer fabric are bonded together to create beautiful scarves using the nuno felting technique. This beginner level workshop will be playful, experimental, and tons of fun. Learn a new skill and go home with your own unique, handmade scarf!

Impact: Castaway fabric and roving are remade into useful and beautiful accessories, utilizing existing resources and reducing demand for new consumer goods.

Requirements: Please bring a bath towel, sharp scissors, and a plastic bag. All other materials and tools provided. We will be getting wet and moving around a bit in this class, so please wear clothing and shoes that you don’t mind getting wet.

About the Instructor: Diane Lundberg is an award-winning fiber artist and has been felting for over 20 years. She likes exploring the outdoors and enjoying the unexpected beauty that nature can give us. She also teaches our Eco-Printing class at Ragfinery.
