Studio & Production Assistant

Description:
Multidisciplinary artist seeking production/studio assistant with handsewing skills and fiber arts experience (principally weaving, knitting, and crochet) to act as production and studio assistant. Computer skills a plus.

Production Sewer (Piecework)

Qualifications:
Production sewer trained in apparel and accessory manufacturing, specializing in knit and delicate fabrications. I have my own industrial machines (serger, straight stitch, zigzag) and can work quickly with both delicate and midweight materials (no upholstery or nautical). I also specialize in free-motion embroidery design and personalization. Currently I can only accommodate in-home work. If you are a business looking to produce small batches of merchandise, I am available to help you source materials, design, and produce your project.
Availability: Part-time, in-home piecework, minimum 6 week lead time.
Rates: Contingent on project - please inquire for a quote. MOQ 10pcs.
